We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may return unworn items with original tags attached, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Email info@mavisionlabs.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll send return instructions and a return address within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn items or items without original tags attached.
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
