Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable duties and import taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities per customer.

 

Product Availability

Items are subject to availability, particularly limited small-batch runs. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

 

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorized.

 

Intellectual Property

All site content, images, text, logos, and design, is the property of MAISON M.A. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

MAISON M.A. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to statutory consumer protections in your country of residence.

 

Changes to These Terms
