Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
Exact shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact concierge@maisonma.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
